The Spillett Leadership University is a certificate program designed for professionals responsible for providing leadership, guidance and support of day-to-day Club operations and management. It is also designed to build targeted skill sets specifically needed by Club Directors who have responsibility for implementing organizational strategy, including the Formula for Impact, at the Club level.
