The Spillett Leadership University School of Management provides training and professional development for Club Directors, along with other management professionals, at the Foundation Level and Advanced Level. However, to meet the unique needs of Club Directors, Boys & Girls Clubs of America is adding a Club Director Certificate Program. It will encompass a host of new learning opportunities, currently in development, as well as existing offerings, that support the professional development needs of Club Directors. The certificate program will provide both a structured way in which Club Directors can obtain the knowledge and skills they need to be successful, and a format for recognizing those professionals who do so.
